This recipe uses my favourite coconut flour and almond flour. They’re the perfect alternatives in any keto desserts. They add in greater flavour to your desserts than if you used all purpose flour.

These pancakes will remind you of autumn all year long with a hint of pumpkin and cinnamon. There is no odd texture that you would usually get with using these flour too.

Douse the pancakes with maple syrup. Don’t they look amazing?

You would need a 9″ springform pan for this recipe. Now, you don’t need specifically a 9″ pan, any springform pan will be sufficient just so you can easily retrieve your cheesecake after baking (without flipping the cake).

There’s nothing quite like a good cheesecake, much less a peanut butter cheese cake. You’re getting the best of both worlds with this simple recipe. The best thing is: you do not need to add any sugar. You can simply use erythritol in place.

The cookie actually turned out surprisingly well. There wasn’t any weird taste with the pumpkin and chocolate chips. There was a certain aroma to it when they’re baking in the oven. Give it a shot and you’ll know what I mean.
