I’ve put up several keto dessert recipes in the past (autumn desserts here, 30-min or less desserts here, and best keto desserts here). And lately, I’ve been getting emails from readers telling me that some of these desserts do take time. And understandably, since most of these desserts do require baking (hence the time).

So I set to work discovering and testing some of the best non-bake keto desserts you can try! Also note that these desserts are also low-carb, and high-fat. If you keep to your keto diet requirements, you can even expect yourself to continue to lose weight!

I’m constantly working out new lists of top recipes that I would recommend. These recipes are some of my favourites, and have tried and tested. If you want to be kept in the loop about these lists I’m working on, join our mailing list now. You can expect such informational articles, as well as other easy, healthy Keto recipes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snack).

I had to put this at the top. It’s one of the few no-bake dessert options that are suitable for so many diets! Anyone reading this list will certainly be able to enjoy this wonderfully simple yet delectable recipe.

The best part? It can even be appropriate for those who’re diabetic. It allows you to use your favourite sweetener of choice. And in my book, erythritol is the best option around.

Who doesn’t love a good old snickers bar? It used to be one of my go-to choice after a good workout at the gym. It provides a quick energy boost, and is small enough for you to bring about everyday.

Now you can save the money and bake your own snickers bars. The best part? No baking is required, and it doesn’t take an extraordinarily long time!

No-Bake Grasshopper Pie

For a moment, I thought real grasshoppers are used in this pie. No, who am I kidding — this is one dessert that has rarely been mentioned (perhaps it’s its name?). But this is a really delicious one you have to try to believe.

So what exactly is it? It’s a terribly guilty (it’s not) concoction of marshmallow fluff, peppermint, and cocoa! I hope that’s gotten your attention by now. If it hasn’t, look at the image above again.

Low-Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Dirt Cake (Gluten-free)

Dirt cake is essentially a combination of cookies, pudding and some sweet ingredients. You can essentially substitute any of these 3 ingredients any way you want to but this recipe uses: crumbly chocolate cookie for its crust, creamy peanut butter filling as a sweet ingredient, and chocolate pudding!

If you’re a lover of anything chocolate like I am, you’ll love this recipe. Frankly, I feel like I have to tuck this recipe hidden away. Its simplicity and convenience makes it really difficult to resist putting it together every week.

This is the perfect weekend dessert treat for you and your kids in the summer!

These pecan pie fudges are amazing. They’re on a totally different level from your regular chocolate fudge bars. The key here: pink himalayan sea salt and organic coconut oil. They cut through the sweetness of the chocolate. Doused with pecans, these fudge bars are absolutely the best sweet treats for the family and kids!

No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

I’ve really saved the best for the last here! This chocolate cheesecake is not your regular old cheesecake. First, it only takes a sweet 20 minutes and there is no baking required!

Despite it being a no bake option, it certainly doesn’t mean it’s any less delicious than other options! If you told me I could stay on my diet and continue to lose weight eating this cheesecake, I wouldn’t believe you.

I’d love to hear which non-bake keto desserts you’ve tried and which are your favourites. For me, it’s anything chocolate! People usually underestimate the many positive benefits of having cocoa in your diet.
