One-Pot Cheesy Taco Skillet
If I could only choose one item from the list, this will be my favourite. It’s not just about the cheese. It’s how everything actually comes together so perfectly without much fuss during cooking. What you get at the end are rich flavours and great textures. You won’t get sick of this.

Chicken Thighs With Creamy Bacon Mushroom Thyme Sauce
This is my second favourite on the list. I’m a big fan of the chicken. There’s so much flavour and richness that can be captured by its meat. Generally, white meats are also more flexible when it comes to flavour combinations.
In this case, it’s paired with bacon and a creamy mushroom thyme sauce. Usually, you’d hear of chicken and garlic thyme or lemon thyme sauce. This is quite a refreshing take.

Chilli Roasted Chicken Thighs (Paleo, Keto, Whole30)
No surprise the dependable chicken comes back in the list at number three. This time round, it’s paired with a chilli and lime. If you put chicken in the oven, be sure that you’re keeping a watch on the clock, because they do dry out pretty quickly.
I love this recipe because of the chilli lime powder. Learn the recipe for the powder and you can use it on any other protein easily.

Zucchini Pasta with Chicken & Pistachios
If you’re on a keto diet, you should know that pasta and rice are definitely a no-no. These options are full of carbohydrates and would go against everything you’ve been working for.
Well, there’s a fix for that. Especially if you’re missing pasta. Welcome to zucchini pasta. It’s essentially zucchini cut up to look like pasta. It doesn’t taste anything like the pasta you remember, but they taste and feel healthier.
And that’s why you should try this recipe.
Keto Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
Mushroom sauce is a little bit of a favourite of mine. Exactly because of how flexible it is in most recipes. But with most mushroom sauces, I do get a bit sick of it after awhile.
This one is nothing like any of those. The addition of sour cream really helps to balance the richness of the mushroom sauce. And it pairs really well with the steak as well.
If you love mushrooms and steak, definitely try this recipe.

15 Minute Garlic Shrimp Zoodles
The last two recipes are the sorta recipes that you need if you end work late or are in a rush. You can expect to cook them in less than 20mins and have little cleaning up to do.
This is the second pasta dish you’ll find. And it’s the classic garlic shrimp pasta that we all know and love. Zoodles are essentially zucchini pasta. The same pasta used in one of the earlier recipes.
20-Minute Shrimp & Sausage Paleo Skillet Meal
I still remember having one of this when I was a lot younger. For one, it’s easy to get it up and going and the ingredients used in this recipe are what we could pretty much afford back then.
The great thing about this recipe is that you don’t need to stick to shrimp and sausage. You could certainly change the protein to anything you prefer. But the flavours will certainly remain.
That is it! These are the 7 dinner recipes that I recommend. They’ll certainly help you to lose weight quickly without sacrificing taste and your love of food. Importantly, they’re keto-friendly and also tasty. And it’s important that the rest of your family, who may not be on the keto diet, enjoy them as well!
