You’ve heard many people say that you should never snack because too much of it will lead you to put on weight. They’re not wrong. Snacks are actually detrimental to your weight and health if you do not watch what you eat and overeat. Junk foods are the common options that people turn to for snacks.
What if I told you that there is a much healthier way to snack? Surely you’ve seen some of these foods around before. But you might never have thought they could be good for the Keto diet. Now, I’m telling you that they are.

If any, you should know that you should never get too carried away with snacking. Even more so if the snack comes in small portions because it makes it that much easier to overeat them! Always set yourself a limit, and never go past that limit when it comes to snacks.
A piece of dark chocolate also works great because it raises your blood glucose levels thereby raising your satiation levels (and reducing your hunger).
Knowing how you can watch your appetite or control your hunger is important. There is a way you can do that without having to dive deep into the biology side of things. Easy Traditional Keto Chaffle
You might have heard of the all-popular Australian Jaffles. How about the Chaffle? It’s the much touted bread replacement for Keto diets. And all you need to get this going is a mini waffle maker.
What I do recommend is to get an iron waffle maker if you’re interested. They’re a lot more durable, and they’re a lot more easier to clean (a lot more hygienic too). Having a waffle maker at home makes it easier for you to make these snacks whenever you need because the batter can be kept in the fridge! Remember to get yourself a basting brush so you can coat the waffle iron with oil (the waffles won’t stick this way).

World’s Best Keto Brownies
When you have a name like that, it’s hard not to want to give it a shot. Besides, have you seen how gooey it is?! I’ve got a really good tip for you. Get a batch of these brownies to go over the weekend. Save some for you so you can keep them refrigerated, and share the rest with your family and friends. They’ll be shocked if you tell them healthy diets like Keto actually allow you to eat such (sinful) brownies.

Baked Chicken Tenders – Low-Carb Breaded Chicken Strips
They might not look like they could be a recipe for a Keto snack. Except they are. Confused? I bet you are.
What I like about this snack is that it incorporates protein into it. This means that you’re more than likely to be satiated quickly and not overeat the snacks. It also works really good as a midday snack amongst your friends and family as you have them over the weekend.

They don’t actually quite look like pizzas. Maybe it’s the size of it. Or maybe it’s the fact that it really doesn’t look anything like a pizza.
Don’t let its appearance fool you. You’ll be punished if you actually give this recipe a miss because it tastes like a pizza. And it tastes good. Don’t believe me? Go try it.

Monster Wedge Salad
Okay, no more chips but a salad. What’s going on? Because I know for a fact some of my readers do eat salads as snacks. This isn’t the weirdest thing around so hold on to yourself.
It’s a really great alternative to satisfy your hunger. Salads are a really good way to keep yourself from snacking too much because there’s a good amount of protein in it. Try it one day and see for yourself.
