I’ve never heard of cauliflower rice until my friend brought some over to work one day. She told me it was a recipe she found online and it was supposedly healthy. She’s not wrong; cauliflower rice has substantially less carbs and calories compared to normal white rice.
So how do you actually make cauliflower rice? All you really need are cauliflowers and a food blender. The idea is to jazz up the cauliflowers with the blender until they’re about the same size as grains of white rice.
This chicken marsala is a very good alternative to recipes that require white rice. And it employs the use of the marsala wine. It is the perfect dish to serve the family with its delectable chicken doused in the mouthwatering sauce.

Keto Teriyaki Chicken
Have you tried teriyaki before? It’s probably my favourite sauce to pair with grilled meats. Its sweetness pairs brilliantly with the toasty chargrilled meats.
In fact, this is a very simple dish that takes you no time to get this ready. Because it’s sweet, we would want to substitute the white sugar in the typical teriyaki sauce with other alternatives like brown sugar, or even erythritol.

This one is a little different from the rest. It actually sounds more suitable for a cheat day than a typical day in a keto diet plan.

Lemon and chicken might sound like a strange combination but it really isn’t. I still remember making a sweet lemon sauce to be drizzled over chicken cutlets. It’s sweet, it’s sour, it’s everything you wish to have with a chicken fillet. Pair this with cauliflower rice and it becomes the perfect dish.
Weirdly enough, this is that dish. I was actually describing a dish from the past. But this recipe takes that dish in my mind many levels higher. Serve it on the pan for a clean, rustic look.

These low-carb recipes are some of the best recipes I’ve tried. They’re high in fats and protein that will certainly round up a long and tiring day. It’ll make any man and woman happy in their tummies and in their minds.
