7 Low-Carb Dinners To Lose 10lbs In A Week

I discussed in my previous post about Keto Flu, and why people come down with these symptoms when they start their Keto diet routines. This article will focus on specific low-carb dinner recipes that will help you lose 10lbs in a week and avoid Keto flu!

This is important because a substantial number of people who come down with Keto Flu is the result of a rash decision to change their eating habits immediately (instead of setting up a plan to ease themselves into the new diet).

I share a sample plan of how you can begin your keto diet journey with a quick 7-day transitional phase in this article.

Now, I’m sharing these lovely recipes with you! Jot them down in your recipe book, or pin the graphic below on your Pinterest board so you know where to find it again!

This post may contain affiliate links. But the good news is that they come at no monetary cost to you. They may generate a small commission to support the running of the site.

Avoid simple carbs like rice and pasta with just this one recipe. The pork chops contain all the protein you need. The cheese crust is low-carb, and high-fat. What else could you possibly ask for in this recipe?

I love this because it’s straightforward, and easy to prepare. Serve it with some greens and you will have an amazing dinner for the family in little time.

Chicken Marsala with Cauliflower Rice

I’ve never heard of cauliflower rice until my friend brought some over to work one day. She told me it was a recipe she found online and it was supposedly healthy. She’s not wrong; cauliflower rice has substantially less carbs and calories compared to normal white rice.

So how do you actually make cauliflower rice? All you really need are cauliflowers and a food blender. The idea is to jazz up the cauliflowers with the blender until they’re about the same size as grains of white rice.

This chicken marsala is a very good alternative to recipes that require white rice. And it employs the use of the marsala wine. It is the perfect dish to serve the family with its delectable chicken doused in the mouthwatering sauce.

Keto Teriyaki Chicken

Have you tried teriyaki before? It’s probably my favourite sauce to pair with grilled meats. Its sweetness pairs brilliantly with the toasty chargrilled meats.

In fact, this is a very simple dish that takes you no time to get this ready. Because it’s sweet, we would want to substitute the white sugar in the typical teriyaki sauce with other alternatives like brown sugar, or even erythritol.

Cheeseburger Casserole

This one is a little different from the rest. It actually sounds more suitable for a cheat day than a typical day in a keto diet plan.

Except, the ingredients in this recipe have been well thought out. You’ll taste everything of a cheeseburger in a casserole. But you’ll not eat it feeling all the guilt from eating a cheeseburger. That’s what’s so exciting about this recipe.

That’s why I wanted this to be on the list. It’ll show you that even foods in the keto diet can be tasty and delicious. And still healthy.

If you love seafood, this will be the recipe for you. Do you even see how delicious it is? It’s as tasty as it looks and smells.

Yes, it has a wonderful aroma as you start sautéing the shrimps in the creamy garlic sauce. It’s a wonderfully, and surprisingly calming, smell that lingers around the house. It’s the perfect dish to signal to everyone that dinner’s about to be served.

Lemon and chicken might sound like a strange combination but it really isn’t. I still remember making a sweet lemon sauce to be drizzled over chicken cutlets. It’s sweet, it’s sour, it’s everything you wish to have with a chicken fillet. Pair this with cauliflower rice and it becomes the perfect dish.

Weirdly enough, this is that dish. I was actually describing a dish from the past. But this recipe takes that dish in my mind many levels higher. Serve it on the pan for a clean, rustic look.

Garlic Butter Steak and Spinach

The last dish on the list is a go-to favourite if I ever need to prepare a large serving for a party. The steak is sliced into small bite-sized pieces that goes really well with finger foods.

The best thing of all? It’s totally easy to get this up and going in no time. Forget about buying take outs from restaurants. Serve this instead. And your friends and family are going to thank you and want the recipe for it.

These low-carb recipes are some of the best recipes I’ve tried. They’re high in fats and protein that will certainly round up a long and tiring day. It’ll make any man and woman happy in their tummies and in their minds.
