9 Easy 30-min Keto Desserts To Lose Weight

I’ve had cravings. I’m sure you have them as well. We all have sweet tooth and we all have times where we crave for something sweet during a stressful day.

Most times, dessert recipes aren’t exactly the shortest or the most straightforward recipes (and take hours). There’re few that actually allow us to quickly whip up something delicious that’s not just 80% whipped cream or mascarpone cheese.

I’ve done all the research for you. I found these recipes some time back after I started on my keto diet. There was no way I wanted to lose my progress over my sweet cravings.

Now, I’m sharing these lovely recipes with you! Jot them down in your recipe book, or pin the graphic below on your Pinterest board so you know where to find it again!

Keto Lemon Mug Cake

This is probably the easiest recipe you’ll find on the list. Because all you really need to get this going is just a mug!

Don’t let the easiness of this recipe fool you though. It’s absolutely delicious, and is a very nice after-dinner dessert because of its lemony, refreshing taste.

I almost munched down on the whole batch of these cookies when they were ready. I dare you to tell me it doesn’t look gorgeous and appetising.

If you break these cookies apart, you see the very distinct, and delicious peanut butter layers in it. This is certainly going to make anyone (even the dessert-haters) drool.

The best part? It’s vegan, it’s diabetic-friendly, and it’s perfect for any diets.

No-Bake Black Forest Cheesecake Mousse

This is the perfect recipe to beat the summer’s heat. It’s easy to whip them up (get it?) any time you wish. That makes it on the number 3 on the list.

It probably doesn’t look as appetising on its own since it’s just a mousse, but you can always add in cookie crumbs, berries and nuts (hazelnuts!) to spruce the dessert. You get a very good texture that way.

Keto Lemon Lush Dessert

This could end up taking you the full 30minutes to prepare. But it’s absolutely worth every minute of it once you dive your fork into it.

I mean, the moment I had this ready, it was gone in just a few hours. Some of us have definitely been going back for more servings. I was a bit upset that none was left the next day.

The richness of the lemon curd gels really well with the cheese in the recipe.

Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs

Many people come to love fat bombs. One major reason is because they’re small so it’s easy to control how much you actually eat (but I bet most of us find it difficult to stop).

Another reason is that it doesn’t actually use a lot of ingredients to prepare these fat bombs! You only need four components, in fact — a fat base (like oil, butter and cream cheese), low-carb flavouring, a binder, and your choice of texture (nuts, seeds, etc).

In fact, I’m sneaking in a few of these fat bombs as I’m typing this post out.

A cake in less than 30 minutes? No way.

This recipe shows you the trick to get them up and going in no time at all. In fact, it makes for the perfect alternative if you ever forget you needed a cake for an event or birthday.

The taste doesn’t fail you either. It’s chocolatey, and rich.

The good old cobbler. It’s been awhile, my friend.

But now, it’s back! Doesn’t the image above tease you into making this the recipe for the weekend? There’s no way I had to give this a miss when I first found it.

Typing it now, I could almost taste the richness of the blueberry and vanilla ice cream again. This probably means I should try this again!

Not much of a dessert one, this. But it’s on the list because I know it’ll make for a great delicious sauce for the other recipes on the list! Nothing like drenching your cakes with this amazing sauce.

The best part? It’s totally sugar-free! That means diabetics can also give this recipe a shot.

Low-carb Earthquake Cake

Another interesting one, this. I’ve never quite heard of an earthquake cake before. that made me want to try this recipe the first thing I could. But what’s so earthquake-y about it?

When you take it out of the oven, the top surface looks a little cracked like you would see in grounds after a strong earthquake. But what’s most amazing is the fact that at the very core of this cake, it’s all molten! Much like what you would find at the Earth’s core.

I guess that’s what so earthquake-y about it.
